1. Shopping Center Sorya History
When we talk about the first shopping center in Cambodia, there is only one shopping center that we think about that is Shopping Center Sorya. This is our history: Shopping Center Sorya was established and operated in 2002. At that time we are a local investment company among many others that have been approved by government for construction and development of shopping center sector in Cambodia. Shopping Center Sorya has 8 floors with gross building area 40000m2 which equipped with air conditioners, elevators, modern equipment in toilets, security cameras, and ample parking lot that enable parking for 450 cars and 1000 motor bikes. From that time, we have become the leading domestic shopping center for many years until now. We can say that we never backward but we always try to create new things to fulfill our customers’ needs.
2. Leasing Division
Shopping Center Sorya divides leasing into 4 main categories to easily enable our customers to find products which situated in the same area or floor. The 4 main categories of leasing are:
Fashion: Clothes, silks, leathers, cosmetics, jewelries, electronic products,and etc.
Food: Sorya food city that sell delicious Khmer foods, fast food, restaurants, soup, ice cream which have famous brand both local and international.
Fun: Cinema, 4D movie, fun park for children, family karaoke, and etc.
Finance: Canadia bank that is our business partner.
3. Services in Shopping Center Sorya
Shopping Center Sorya is located in the heart of Phnom Penh, the potential place for many kinds of diverse businesses, so this made Shopping Center Sorya to be chosen by many companies as business partner in relation to leasing for selling products, promotion, and advertisement. Our services include:
Long term lease: fashion, food, fun, and finance as mentioned above.
Short term lease: for selling, promote and advertise products/services.
Advertising lease: hanging grant banner inside and outside building, ceiling signage, sticker, advertisement on big LED screen, light box, handrails, elevators, and etc. These advertisement spots are effective ways for pushing advertisement of companies towards thousands of customers every day.
4. Events Conducted by Shopping Center Sorya
In response to our customers that always support Shopping Center Sorya, Marketing Department has prepared many programs/events for making our customers feel happy and win many big prizes during national and international public holidays. Those programs are singing contest, painting contest, lucky draw, concert, discount, and other playing fun game.

Shopping Center Sorya has participated to enable better economy in the city such as giving job opportunity to hundreds of Cambodian, paying government tax and enabling better infrastructure in Phnom Penh City.
